Start-up

Starting up our systems is carried out by experienced assembly operators, electrical technicians and/or engineers. Until the system is handed over to the customer, a series of tasks need to be completed:

• Approval/review of field cabling

• Tests on inputs and outputs

• Synchronisation of analogue values

• Test run of drives with examination of direction of rotation

• Trial run without product

• Successive production starts

• Trial operation

• Instruction of operating staff
