In order to be able to implement an individually tailored formula management or monitoring of production orders, an individual PC program generally has to be created.
With standard products such as MySQL, Visual Basic, PHP and Apache, we are able to solve practically any problem. We endeavour to implement solutions by simple means in order to keep costs down and to develop further upgrading easily. Data can be exchanged with higher-level systems. This way a formulation from an SAP system can be taken on and a batch report can be messaged back.
A barcode scanner for reading a batch number can be integrated or several scales or a manual weighing area can be integrated into the formula management system.
