The Neo System Tec GmbH was founded 2003 in order to bundle the experience of many years in the fields of engineering, retrofitting and new development of plants. Our partners in the mechanical engineering and the manufacturing trade thereby profit of the developed synergies. The Neo System Tec GmbH originates from the designing, controlling and regulating textile plants, which work on continuous materials. To supplement these plants, mixing and dosing technology was a part of our portfolio from the beginning.

The Neo System Tec GmbH developed on these experiences and expanded successfully into the fields of coating and converting of technical textiles, foils and paper. Our range of services extends from the construction and production of the required control cabinets to the programming of all programmable logic controller used on the market, such as Siemens S5, S7, Allen Bradley, Möller, Telemecanique, ABB, etc., to visualisation by use of WinCC or Intouch.
     
In order to offer to the customer full control of the production flows, the Neo System Tec GmbH developed the modular system Process Control Management PCM. Under the umbrella of the PCM, depending upon configuration level, the coordinated components to be found are automation, visualization, recipe and order management as well as the plant data collection. Thus the Neo System Tec GmbH implements the complete controlling of your plant, including a connection to a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or a ERP (Enterprise resource Planning).
