With the self-test and diagnostic program E-Stop Inspector, you can perform the prescribed emergency-stop maintenance intervals with software support and save the results as a PDF file and add them to your documentation. With this system the highest safety requirements SIL3 / Cat.4 / PLe are achievable.

The precise display of the triggered switches in the emergency stop circuit additionally minimises service calls and machine downtimes.
In the spirit of industry 4.0, the emergency stop switch changes from a signal transmitter to a data source. With the Emergency Stop Inspector 4.0, both Emergency Stop Category 0 (the power supply to the drive elements is immediately disconnected) and Emergency Stop Category 1 (controlled stop) can be implemented.

Potential-free contacts are available for this purpose, which are opened immediately after an emergency stop. Delayed potential-free contacts are also available for controlled stop.
These contacts can then be integrated into the existing switch cabinet. This makes it possible to cover both stop categories.
